River Outreach was established in 2018 when God moved on the hearts of a few Godly men who had witnessed the hurting, addicted and hopeless in our community. Those suffering knew no way out and had no hope. Many felt forgotten, while others simply had no food, clothing or shelter. Virtually all had no faith that they could ever give back to their community, a community that they love. Options for transitional sober living were non-existent back then and seemed to be only a prayer in the hearts of so many across our wonderful city.

What started out in 2018 without even an office, is now a campus! We are a debt free 501c3 ministry and have been blessed with two buildings. We are able to house men and women at separate locations in the center of maysville's east end. Our staff consists of men and women who volunteer their time with a heart to serve others. We partner with local churches, professionals and all who will help us help others. We combat things such as homelessness, recidivism, and addiction. These circumstances require immediate intervention! The opioid crisis, as well as methamphetamine and fentanyl on our streets like never before have only increased the need for our community to come together in this fight!
